nfnty is operated by Infinity Design Studio. We provide AI-powered logo generation, presentation design, and human designer review services through our platform at nfnty.ai.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

Account information — when you create an account we collect your name and email address. If you sign up using Google we receive your name and email address from Google.

Payment information — we do not store your payment card details directly. All payment processing is handled by Paddle who store and process payment information on our behalf under their own privacy policy.

Brand and content information — when you use nfnty you provide us with information about your brand including company name, industry, style preferences, colors, and any documents or files you upload. This information is used solely to generate your requested outputs.

Human review requests — when you submit a human designer review request we collect your name, email address, your written notes, and any reference files you attach.

Communications — if you contact us by email we retain those communications to help resolve your query.

Information we collect automatically:

Usage data — we collect information about how you interact with nfnty including pages visited, features used, generations created, and time spent on the platform. This helps us understand how the product is being used and where we can improve it.

Device and technical data — we collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type when you access nfnty. This is standard technical information collected by most websites.

Cookies — we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how you use our platform. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of nfnty.

To provide our services — your brand inputs, uploaded files, and preferences are used to generate logos, presentations, and other outputs you request. This is the primary reason we collect this information.

To process payments — your transaction information is passed to Paddle to process your subscription or one-time purchase. We retain records of your transactions for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

To deliver human review outputs — your name, email address, review notes, and reference files are shared with our internal design team at Infinity Design Studio solely for the purpose of completing your requested review.

To communicate with you — we use your email address to send you account-related notifications, receipts, delivery confirmations for human review orders, and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

To improve our platform — we analyze usage patterns and aggregated data to understand how nfnty is being used, identify areas for improvement, and develop new features. This analysis is conducted on anonymized or aggregated data wherever possible.

To prevent fraud and abuse — we monitor usage patterns to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse of our free tier, and violations of our Terms of Service.

To comply with legal obligations — we may retain and disclose your information where required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests from public authorities.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers: We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate nfnty. These include:

• Paddle — payment processing. Your payment information is handled directly by Paddle under their privacy policy at paddle.com/privacy.
• Amazon Web Services — cloud storage and infrastructure. Uploaded files and generated outputs are stored on AWS servers.
• Resend — email delivery. We use Resend to send transactional emails including account confirmations and order notifications.
• OpenAI — presentation content generation. Content you provide for presentation generation is processed by the OpenAI API to generate slide content. OpenAI's data handling practices are governed by their privacy policy at openai.com/privacy.
• Google Gemini — logo generation. Brand inputs you provide for logo generation are processed by the Google Gemini API. Google's data handling practices are governed by their privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Anthropic Claude — strategic logic processing. Certain brand inputs are processed by the Anthropic Claude API as part of our Strategic Logic Layer. Anthropic's data handling practices are governed by their privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.

Internal design team: When you submit a human designer review request your name, email, uploaded files, and review notes are shared with our design team at Infinity Design Studio for the purpose of completing your order.

Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority. We will notify you of such requests where legally permitted to do so.

Business transfers: If nfnty or Infinity Design Studio is acquired by or merged with another company your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.

Uploaded files such as documents, logos, and reference files submitted for processing are deleted from our servers within 30 days of your request being completed. Generated output files are retained in your account until you delete them or close your account.

If you close your account we will delete your personal information within 90 days except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes. Transaction records are retained for 7 years in compliance with financial record-keeping requirements.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission using HTTPS, secure cloud storage with access controls, and limited internal access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

However no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised please contact us immediately at hello@nfnty.ai.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
