Refund Policy

At nfnty we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you subscribe to the Professional or Brand plan and are not satisfied with the service you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. To be eligible for this refund the request must be your first subscription to that plan and must be submitted within 7 days of the charge appearing on your account.
To request a refund email us at hello@nfnty.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address and the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
Renewal Charges
After the initial 7-day period monthly renewal charges are non-refundable. If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access to your paid plan features until that date.
Partial Month Refunds
We do not offer partial month refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period following cancellation.
2. One-Time Purchases
Human Designer Review Add-On
The Human Designer Review add-on is non-refundable once our design team has begun work on your request. Work is considered to have begun when you receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request.
If you submit a Human Designer Review request and wish to cancel before work has begun contact us immediately at hello@nfnty.ai. Cancellations received before work begins will receive a full refund. We cannot guarantee cancellation is possible as our team may begin processing requests quickly.
If you are dissatisfied with the output of your Human Designer Review please contact us at hello@nfnty.ai within 7 days of receiving your files. We will review your concern and at our discretion offer one of the following resolutions:
- A revision of the delivered files at no additional charge where the concern is reasonable and falls within the original scope of the request.
- A partial or full refund where the delivered files fall significantly short of the agreed scope and a revision is not a suitable resolution.
We assess each case individually and aim to reach a fair resolution for all parties.
3. Free Plan
The free plan involves no payment and is therefore not subject to any refund consideration.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You have used a significant portion of your plan's generation allowance during the 7-day period and are requesting a refund after doing so.
- Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- The refund request is made after the applicable refund window has closed.
- You have already received a refund for a previous subscription to the same plan.
- Technical issues caused by your own device, browser, or internet connection rather than our platform.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider but typically appear within 5 to 10 business days of the refund being approved.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us at hello@nfnty.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
